Jay Parakhnevich, MDT began his training in Europe where he took specialty courses in fixed restoration, milling and attachments.

From 1995-2002 Jay worked side-by-side with top clinicians in private practice. Implantology opened the door to a variety of new, exciting and complex fields in dental technology. By pioneering three dimensional anatomical custom abutments, Jay established himself as one of the leading experts in a wide range of implant systems. In 1997, Jay graduated from the MDT Program at New York University’s College of Dentistry.

Through his study of diverse occlusion concepts, Jay values the biologic and physiologic benefits of Bioesthetic dentistry.

His involvement with Bioesthetic Dentistry sparked his interest in the Level II and III Courses of OBI which he completed in 2006. Jay’s Precision Dental was incorporated in 2002 as a specialty laboratory for gold and implant supported restorations with a focus on occlusion rehabilitation. In an industry where demands are constantly made on precision for extensive implant supported restorations, all castings are waxed and finished under a 10x-20x microscope. Jay’s vision, precision and expertise in the business have enabled him to establish relationships with some of the most recognized dentists in the industry.
